1. Who we are

G3HUB Academy (RC 3114149), 21 Apampa Avenue, Oke-Ado, Ibadan, runs this learning portal at learn.jsdigitalworks.com. By creating an account or using the portal you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

  • Give your real first and last name; they are printed on your ID card and certificates.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts may not be shared or sold.

3. Enrolment and fees

  • Students enrol in one programme at a time. A second programme needs approval from administration.
  • Fees, the ₦10,000 admission fee and payment plans (pay in full, 60/40, 3 instalments, or an agreed flexible plan) are shown on the Admissions page.
  • Access to a course starts when Finance confirms your payment. If an instalment is not paid by its due date, access may be paused until it is paid.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Learning materials

Lessons, videos, quizzes and files are for your personal study only. Do not copy, resell or publicly share them without written permission.

5. Conduct

  • Be respectful in live classes, the forum and messages. No harassment, hate speech, spam or cheating.
  • Work you submit must be your own. Plagiarism or cheating can lead to a failed assessment, suspension or removal without refund.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete all requirements. Each has a unique ID that anyone can check on the Verify page. We may cancel a certificate obtained through cheating or false information.

7. Availability

We work to keep the portal online but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Class times, tutors and course content may change; we will tell you about major changes.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

10. Changes and contact
