1. Admission fee
The ₦10,000 admission fee covers processing your application and is non-refundable.
2. Tuition refunds
- Before classes start: a full refund of the tuition you have paid. The admission fee is not refunded.
- Within the first 14 days of classes: 50% of the tuition you have paid.
- After the first 14 days: no refund, but you may defer (see section 4).
3. Instalment plans
If you leave a programme on the 60/40 or 3-instalment plan, payments already made follow section 2, and any future instalments are cancelled.
4. Deferral instead of refund
Instead of a refund, you may move to a later intake once, starting within 6 months, without paying the tuition again. Ask before the first 14 days of classes end or, after that, at any point before you complete the programme.
5. When we cancel
If G3HUB Academy cancels a programme or intake, you get a full refund of tuition and admission fee, or a free move to the next intake if you prefer.
6. No refund cases
- Removal for cheating, plagiarism or serious misconduct.
- Not attending or not logging in, without telling us.
7. How to ask
Email payments@g3hub.com.ng with your full name, programme and payment receipt. We reply within 5 working days and pay approved refunds to the account that paid, within 14 working days.
